In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any part of the kc66 Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are aged 21 or above. kc66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one kc66 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. kc66 may terminate all associated accounts and forfeit all balances in such cases.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. The kc66 Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of kc66 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kc66 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction and makes no representation to that effect.

3.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of kc66 and its affiliated companies, game providers, and payment processing partners are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any promotional offers on the kc66 Platform.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your kc66 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. kc66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access. If you believe your kc66 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kc66 immediately via the live chat support channel. kc66 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). kc66 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal, when unusual account activity is detected, or as part of routine compliance checks. 4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be deemed dormant. kc66 reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee from the balance of dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice. Real-money balances that fall to zero following inactivity deductions will result in Account closure.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your kc66 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, provided no open bets or pending investigations are associated with your Account.

5.3 Own-Name Payments Only. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. kc66 strictly prohibits third-party deposits or withdrawals. Any funds received from an account not registered in the Player's name will be refunded to the source and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your kc66 Account balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. kc66 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and absence of any pending account review. kc66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where reasonably practicable.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. kc66 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions are monitored. kc66 reserves the right to block, reverse, or report any transaction that appears suspicious. Players must not use the kc66 Platform as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers provided by kc66 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per promotion) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward satisfying wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. kc66 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting or arbitrage bets to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, using automated software to meet wagering obligations, and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional mechanics — all constitute bonus abuse. kc66 reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and terminate the Accounts of Players found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed within the stated timeframe will be removed from your Account automatically upon expiry.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Money Before Wagering Completion. If you request a withdrawal of your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement associated with an active bonus, kc66 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any associated bonus winnings from your withdrawal amount prior to processing.

7.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed on the kc66 sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any Wager. kc66 is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or bets placed on the wrong event.

7.2 Odds. Odds displayed on the kc66 sportsbook are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applied to your bet are those displayed at the time of confirmation. kc66 reserves the right to correct manifest pricing errors at any time, including after a bet has been placed. Where a bet has been settled at an incorrect price due to a manifest error, kc66 reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate the payout at the correct price.

7.3 Event Cancellations & Postponements. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time (Bangladesh Standard Time), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance, unless the specific sport rules published on kc66 specify otherwise.

7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to specific in-play betting rules applicable to each sport. kc66 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after an in-play event has concluded (late bets) will be voided.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. kc66 imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are specified in the sports-specific betting rules and may be updated from time to time. kc66 reserves the right to reduce stake amounts or refuse bets from any Player without providing a reason.

8.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on the kc66 Platform are provided by third-party software suppliers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules of the relevant game provider in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

8.2 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games, crash games) use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the Player or by kc66.

8.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, kc66 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. kc66 accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures beyond its direct control, including server outages, internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, or game provider system failures.

8.4 Live Casino. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Once a live game round has commenced and the dealer has announced "no more bets", no further bets may be placed or modified. The dealer's decision and the physical outcome of each live game round are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc66 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

(a) Registering more than one Account for personal use or on behalf of any third party;

(b) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions;

(c) Using the kc66 Platform while under the age of 21;

(d) Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn through kc66;

(e) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live casino games, or perform any other Platform activity that would normally require manual human input;

(f) Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error must be reported and will be voided;

10.2 Available Tools. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kc66 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any kc66 content without prior written permission from kc66.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kc66 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kc66 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kc66's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to your kc66 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc66 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kc66 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly, kc66 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the kc66 Platform's operations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kc66's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kc66.
